I was set playing WD in exchange with Sharifah.(:

today square was sooooo tiring!
drop one ball push up 5 times.
Then change to push up position about 5 mins.
We were like keep dropping the balls.
Then me and Regine haven move then must go down again.
Regine was there laughing.
LOL.
After that my hands was like ...
then the joints like falling off.
LOL.

Jessica passes very hard to catch sia.
Cause she always until run finish lerhhs then pass.
Then Mandeep is sometimes I haven reach she pass le,
or pass behind me.
The Lala passes are very high,
must jump lorhhs.
Very tiring.
Then I always drop the balls.:P

After that warm down.
Then coach ask the juniors whether want to stay back,
play match mahh.
I thought I can but my mum dun allow. T.T
If all the juniors never stay then the seniors have to do fitness,
throughout the training,
cause not enough ppl to play match.
But luckily Venus stay.(:
